I stand behind my products. In the unlikely situation that you feel you must return one of my products, I have a return policy.
If you feel that there is a defect in workmanship or quality, I will refund your purchase when you return the product per my return policy.
* I will refund your purchase when returned within 2 weeks of purchase date with the following stipulations:
You contact me via email for a return authorization form to make the return.
Return shipping costs and shipping insurance to cover the amount of purchase are the responsibility of the purchaser unless defective.
Merchandise must be adequately packaged and shipped using a common carrier.
All returns must include a copy of the original receipt of purchase.
Returns must be received with a signature confirmation.
* I will issue you a check for any refunds within 10 business days of receipt of product following a product inspection.
Custom Product Returns
Typically, I do not accept returns on custom-ordered, custom-made products, however if you are dissatisfied, I want you to know I will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
